Retention Marketing Strategist

As a Retention Marketing Strategist at Fidelitas, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to enhance customer retention and maximize the lifetime value of our client base, primarily through email and SMS marketing. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of both remote and in-office work, allowing you to thrive in a dynamic and results-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Create and implement effective retention marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities for improvement in retention efforts Plan and execute targeted retention campaigns across email and SMS channels Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to tailor retention efforts to specific audience groups Establish a feedback loop with customers to gather insights, understand pain points, and continuously improve retention initiatives Work closely with cross-functional teams, including our paid media, organic social, web, and account management teams to align retention efforts with overall business objectives Provide regular reports on key retention metrics and campaign performance, and use findings to iterate and optimize strategies Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Proven experience in retention marketing, with a track record of successful campaign implementation and results Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations Excellent communication and collaboration skills Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Compensation: This position will range from $40,000-$60,000 depending on experience.
