Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) – Night Shift | Full-Time | Southern Oregon
A leading healthcare system in Southern Oregon is seeking a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist to join a high-acuity hospital team. This is a great opportunity for both new grads and experienced RTs to work across ICU, ER, and medical floors in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care including breathing treatments and secretion management
- Manage non-invasive and invasive ventilation
- Assist with intubations and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Draw and analyze arterial blood gases (ABGs)
- Perform EKGs and critical care monitoring
- Care for patients across multiple units including ICU, ER, and med/surg
- Document care using Epic EMR
Qualifications
- RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or CRT required
- Oregon state license required
- BLS certification required
- New grads welcome; 1+ year experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and ability to work in fast-paced environments
Compensation & Schedule
- RCP I: start at $36
- RCP II: start at $39.
- RCP III: start at $43
- 12-hour night shifts | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
