Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) looking for a full-time opportunity where you can grow your skills, build meaningful relationships with your patients, and be part of a supportive rehab team?

Falls Village Rehabilitation and Wellness in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is looking for a motivated and compassionate Full-Time PTA to join our in-house rehabilitation team.

What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary team to help residents improve their mobility, strength, independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Carry out individualized treatment plans designed to help residents achieve their functional goals
• Monitor and document resident progress
• Communicate changes and progress with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team
• Educate and encourage residents throughout their rehabilitation journey
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative rehab environment

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current or eligible Ohio PTA license
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience with Net Health preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• A genuine desire to help residents reach their highest level of independence
