The Inventory Supervisor manages the flow of inventory that comes from the disassembly techs via direct reports working in the inventory department. They will ensure items are reaching their finished goods locations in a timely manner and track metrics to ensure employees are on task; documenting and developing processes that drive quality and improvement and holding team member accountable. The inventory supervisor will also be the point of contact for items that are needed for the order assembly team to ensure orders go out on-time including items that may need sourced from purchase orders. They will be responsible for gathering and inputting the tracked metrics such as: units per hour, units per day, units per week, backlog, errors, cycle count completion %, etc. The inventory supervisor will also be required to review and report inventory accuracy and assign special tasks as needed. They will spot check areas of the inventory for accuracy and keep in contact with all departments to solve problems they may have related to the inventory department. They are responsible for administrative functions such as employee development, holding team members accountable, performance reviews and product / process inspections. The inventory supervisor is the point of contact for all inventory questions/problems, and reports to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Schedule, monitor and measure overall cycle count progress of the inventory team

· Conduct picking bin cycle counts quarterly

· Review adjustments in / out daily

· Train team on cycle counting, put away process, picking process and adjustment process

· Track inventory backlog & stats per department and post on KPI boards

· Use inventory backlog and data to suggest staffing plans between departments

· Review incoming items to fulfill orders if needed

· Review all bins quarterly to identify products in incorrect bins or bins that need deactivated

· Oversee bulk and B2B order fulfillment and accuracy: Picked on time, Picked accurately, and Review changes made to orders

· Ensure orders are picked accurately and brought to the shipping department on time

· Produce regular KPI reports for management review

· Process improvements to improve quality, reduce errors and increase efficiency

· Establishing 3s checklists and driving team adherence

· Communicate with internal departments

· Manage team effectively, meeting deadlines and improving quality

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong leadership skills

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong Communication skills

· 2+ years using a WMS Inventory System

· 2+ years computer hardware experience

· Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)

· 2+ years management experience

· 2+ years forklift experience

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

· Forklift Certification

· 1+ Year of PC building experience

· Advanced Skill Level in Microsoft Excel

· 4+ years using a warehouse management system to track inventory

· COMPTI A+ Certification
