Role Overview We are looking for passionate Data Analysts and Senior Data Analysts who thrive at the intersection of data and real-world manufacturing operations. This role involves working closely with plant teams to drive large‑scale data transformation initiatives and enable data‑driven decision‑making on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities Work on‑site at manufacturing plants to understand operations and data flows Analyze shop floor, production, and operational data Conduct current‑state assessments and build data glossaries Perform data mapping, modeling, and analysis Identify quick‑win opportunities and drive micro‑transformations Collaborate with business stakeholders, plant teams, and leadership Act as a data consultant, translating business needs into data solutions Bridge the gap between data strategy and execution on the ground Core Skills (Must Have) Strong experience in Data Engineering & Data Modeling Proficiency in SQL and Python Experience with Power BI or Tableau (reporting & visualization) Knowledge of: Data Warehousing Data Mapping & Governance Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS) Exposure to Snowflake Good to Have Experience with Power Apps Knowledge of Manufacturing / Industrial domain Familiarity with: Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma IIoT / Smart Factory Industry 4.0 concepts Industry Experience (Preferred) Manufacturing Automotive Supply Chain / Production Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills Ability to simplify complex data into actionable business insights Experience in process mapping and requirements gathering Data strategy and problem‑solving mindset Location & Travel Highly on‑site role at manufacturing plants Preferred locations: Kentucky (Georgetown), Indiana (Princeton), & North Carolina (Raleigh/ Liberty) Open to candidates willing to travel frequently or relocate Why Join Us?
