Responsibilities Coordinate and manage financial data and documentation in response to state regulatory examinations and filings, including but not limited to Mortgage Bankers Financial Reporting Form (MBFRF) and Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS), within the mortgage servicing industry. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial and servicing-related data submitted to regulators and support the company’s compliance with all state requirements. Work closely with the Legal and Finance teams, manage the regulatory response pipeline, and maintain a deep understanding of Fay’s financial reporting systems and resources.
