Radiologic Technologist Specialized In CT Imaging

Seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT imaging to perform advanced imaging procedures. The role involves operating state-of-the-art equipment and ensuring patient safety while delivering high-quality diagnostic images.

Responsibilities:

• Perform computed tomography (CT) scans accurately and efficiently based on physician orders.
• Safely position patients and operate imaging equipment in compliance with safety protocols.
• Prepare contrast agents and administer them as required for imaging procedures.
• Ensure proper testing and maintenance of imaging devices, including defibrillators and crash carts.
• Transfer and transport patients between gurneys and wheelchairs safely.
• Document procedures and maintain detailed patient records for each exam.

Qualifications:

• Hold an ARRT-CT certification and current RT licensure in the state of practice.
• Possess an Associate's Degree in radiologic technology; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Have at least three years of recent technical experience, including CT procedures.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating CT, MRI, and ultrasound modalities.
• Be able to perform duties reliably in at least one additional advanced modality.
