Your responsibilities include utilizing our advanced platform alongside your personal network to identify prospective healthcare candidates, engaging with potential candidates to share MLR's exciting opportunities and assess their interest, scheduling appointments for candidates with our recruiters for thorough evaluation, following up with leads to maintain their interest and guide them through their hiring journey, keeping detailed, accurate records in our applicant tracking system, and generating commissions based on your contributions, from meetings scheduled to hires made from your outreach efforts.

Qualifications for success include excellent written and verbal communication skills, a self-starting attitude, an enthusiasm for building connections and supporting individuals in advancing their careers, and no prior recruiting experience is required; if you are organized and driven, we'll provide you with the necessary training.
