Nurse Practitioner

Ritemed is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide on-site clinical services at Anchor Care & Rehab Center. This is a facility-based role within a skilled nursing environment. The Nurse Practitioner will manage post-acute and long-term care residents while working closely with physicians and facility leadership to support strong clinical outcomes.
