Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients to improve their ability to perform daily activities. Deliver therapeutic interventions aligned with patient needs and treatment plans to promote functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to develop individualized care plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities aimed at enhancing motor skills, cognitive function, and sensory processing.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment modifications accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and injury prevention.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and institutional policies throughout therapy delivery.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Occupational Therapist license and relevant certifications.
• Possess previous experience in outpatient or hospital settings preferred.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective patient and team interaction.
• Be available for immediate start and flexible with scheduling.
