2027 Finance Leader Accelerator Program Intern (MBA)

AbbVie seeks an MBA intern for its Finance Leader Accelerator Program, a gateway to a 3-year rotational leadership development track. The intern will support financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives across the organization while working on assignments that impact business and patient outcomes globally.
Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, analysis, and strategy initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Conduct financial modeling, variance analysis, and scenario planning for strategic decisions
- Develop business cases for pipeline investments, lifecycle management, or market entry
- Analyze sales trends, pricing strategies, and margin performance across product portfolios
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in full-time MBA program with finance emphasis
- 3–5+ years of prior work experience in finance, accounting, or consulting
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated collaboration and leadership potential
- Healthcare or biotechnology industry knowledge preferred
