Seasonal Housekeeper

The Silo Ridge Field Club is seeking a full‑time, seasonal Housekeeper to join the Residential Services Department. The role is available from May through October 2026 and focuses on maintaining a clean, orderly, and inviting environment throughout our prestigious residential community, including the clubhouse, public areas, amenities, and private residences. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain luxury rental homes, condos, and other residences. Make beds and change linens; collect dirty linens, towels, and rags, then place them in the laundry station and load washer/dryer. Replace clean linens, towels, and rags. Clean bathrooms and restock soap, paper products, and other supplies. Vacuum carpeted areas and sweep, scrub, and mop all floors. Clean kitchens, wash dishes, and perform associated tasks. Empty and refill all trash containers. Clean glass on windows and doors. Dust furniture, pictures, window ledges, shelves, and other surfaces. Perform detailed cleaning of ceilings, vents, light fixtures, walls, corners, skylights, door sills, and tops of decorative and operational furniture. Maintain member and guest confidentiality at all times. Submit billing for work completed to management. Perform other duties assigned by management. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 6 months of housekeeping experience preferred. Experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in high‑end residential or hospitality settings. Excellent knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and best practices for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to apply them in the workplace. Safety conscious when using machinery and chemicals to avoid injury. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the clubhouse. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; long hours may be required. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and stay calm during busy periods. Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English; additional languages preferred. Physical capability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions; stand, walk, and move for periods of greater than eight (8) hours; lift and carry items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
