Lead Residential & Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Location: Washington, PA | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; overtime opportunities and on-call rotation
Pay: $35-$45 per hour depending experience

We are hiring a Lead Residential & Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment throughout the Washington, PA area. You will dispatch directly from home and be trusted to represent our team professionally on every call.
Compensation
$35-$45 per hour depending on experience

What You'll Do
- Dispatch from home to residential and commercial service calls
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Communicate findings and recommended solutions with customers
- Document service activity and process payments using an iPad
- Coordinate with fellow technicians and office staff when needed
- Participate in overtime opportunities and the on-call rotation
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of HVAC trade school
- Valid driver's license
- Universal Refrigeration Certification
- Ability to use an iPad
- 4+ years of experience, strong HVAC troubleshooting, collecting residential payments, and flat-rate software experience
