Senior Auditor, Finance Internal Audit

Senior Auditor role within AbbVie's Global Internal Audit function, responsible for executing risk-based audits and advisory services across U.S. and international locations. The position focuses on evaluating organizational risks, analyzing financial data, and partnering with business stakeholders to strengthen the control environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audits of various processes and locations across U.S. and international operations
• Compile and analyze large datasets from multiple sources including SAP and financial databases
• Develop risk assessment analyses for proposed audits of entities, processes, and critical systems
• Prepare and present audit findings to leadership and business stakeholders
• Identify and communicate risk and control themes to various organizational stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Ability to work hybrid at company headquarters and audit locations
• Willingness to travel 15–35% to international and U.S. locations
• Strong data analysis and analytical capability
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Openness to coaching and mentoring others
