Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is necessary if not already ASHA-certified.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within the first month of employment.
