OnPoint CX Solutions is hiring Telephone Survey Agent in Nevada!

Looking for a call center opportunity with no sales, paid training, and the potential to work from home? We're hiring dependable Survey Agent to conduct telephone surveys and collect feedback from respondents.

This is a temporary, on-call position that's a great fit for someone with flexible availability who is comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to conduct customer service and political opinion surveys
• Read survey questions from a provided script
• Listen carefully and accurately record responses
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach on every call
• Complete survey calls efficiently and accurately

This is survey research — NO selling, NO sales quotas, and NO product pitching.

This is a temporary, on-call position and hours are not guaranteed. Survey projects are based on client demand, so schedules and available hours can change from day to day.
You should be comfortable with:

• Receiving same-day or next-day scheduling notice
• Working a full shift, partial shift, or potentially receiving no hours on certain days
• Maintaining open and flexible availability
• Working weekends when projects require it
• Adjusting to changing schedules based on project volume

Typical calling hours fall between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Pacific Time, although actual schedules may vary.

What We're Looking For:

• Must currently reside in Nevada
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
• Ability to read and follow a script accurately
• Strong listening and data-entry skills
• Dependable and responsive when scheduled
• Comfortable performing repetitive, call-based work
• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy throughout your shift
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn call center systems

Work-From-Home Requirements:
This position begins with required on-site training. Candidates interested in transitioning to work from home must have:

• Their own computer equipment
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Hardwired Ethernet connection recommended
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Ability to attend and successfully complete the required on-site training period

Work-from-home eligibility begins after you demonstrate that you can successfully handle survey calls independently and meet applicable performance expectations.
