Manufacturing Finance Manager: FP&A & Cost Execution

The Hershey Company is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Finance (FP&A & Execution) to provide integrated financial leadership across multiple manufacturing sites. You will partner with Plant Leadership Teams to interpret results, guide tradeoffs, and drive cost, productivity, and performance improvements. Regular on-site engagement and 25–40% travel are expected to support execution and initiatives.
