Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge, skill and coordination with using kitchen utensils and equipment. Ability to follow recipes and replicate food production procedures. Ensure kitchen team members adhere to set standards, procedures, and sanitation requirements. Ability to manage kitchen inventory and ensure supplies are fresh and of high quality. Ensuring proper food temperatures when cooking and proper labeling and storage afterward.
