Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Quality Care : Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders.

• Collaborative Care : Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic resident wellness.

• Monitor Resident Health : Assess conditions, document findings, and report any changes in status promptly.

• Administer Medications and Treatments : Ensure safe and timely administration in compliance with facility protocols.

• Advocate for Residents : Foster dignity, respect, and person-centered care in every interaction.

• Ensure Compliance : Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Team Support : Mentor CNAs and foster a positive, team-focused work environment.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Florida

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Excellent clinical and communication skills

• A strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
