Inventory Specialist
Distribution company in Atlanta / Norcross area, is seeking an inventory specialist to manage, track and maintain accurate inventory records. This position plays a vital role in ensuring product availability, minimizing losses and supporting efficiency.
Pay & Schedule
$20-24/hr Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, onsite Some Saturdays and OT required
What You'll Do
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using software
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventories
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities
- Track inventory movement
- Investigate discrepancies
- Coordinate with all other departments
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in inventory control role
- Familiarity with inventory management software systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel knowledge
