Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services to clients seeking outpatient care, utilizing innovative therapeutic techniques. \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ relational and mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans with measurable outcomes. \n
- Employ family systems theory and systemic interventions to facilitate effective communication and address underlying relational issues. \n
- Offer immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring the safety and well-being of both clients and their families. \n
- Maintain meticulous records of client progress, treatment plans, and notes, adhering to all legal and ethical standards of practice. \n
- Educate clients on effective communication strategies, coping mechanisms, and conflict resolution skills tailored to enhance their emotional resilience. \n
- Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive and integrated care plans for clients. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development, remaining current with research and best practices in marriage and family therapy through workshops and training. \n
Your primary focus will be working with a diverse client base comprising adults, adolescents, and families. You will be equipped to address a variety of presenting issues, including relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. Qualifications\n- \n
- Possess a current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts. \n
- Hold a master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. \n
- Have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in providing outpatient therapy services. \n
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse client populations. \n
- Exhibit a commitment to ethical and confidential therapeutic practices. \n
- Possess the capacity to work autonomously while being an integral member of a collaborative clinical team. \n
- Be flexible with scheduling to accommodate various client appointment needs. \n

- Experience in outpatient therapy services is highly valued. \n
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and documentation software for efficient client management is advantageous. \n
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement plans, and additional long-term incentive stock awards.
