· Number of Staff – 36

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift –Director, Manager, Clinical Coordinator, RNs, Externs, Paramedic

o Night Shift – RNs, Extern

· Patient Ratios – 2:1, 3:1, 1:1

· Type of equipment – Tablo, Belmont, Baxter Pumps, Codman EVDs, Hillrom Call System, Imobile, Hemosphere

· EMR – Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: 

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· ACLS, BLS

· ICU Experience

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· PALS

· NIH

· TNCC

· EVDs

· Sled

· Central Lines

· Para/Thoracentesis

· Lumbar Drains

· TTM

· Scrub Color/Attire – Navy Blue

Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

· No Block Scheduling/ Set Schedules – Able to accommodate most scheduling needs

Weekends and On call (if any):

· Every other weekend, no on call
