Responsibilities
- Deliver PTA services under supervision of a licensed physical therapist in an outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Implement and progress treatment plans through therapeutic exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and modality application
- Monitor patient responses, adjust activities, and document progress in patient records
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and functional goals
- Manage a daily caseload of approximately 8–10 patients, addressing a mix of adults and older adolescents (ages 13+)
- Maintain equipment, ensure safety protocols, and uphold infection control standards

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Texas
- Graduation from an accredited PTA program (associate degree)
- Prior outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Ability to work a Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule and participate in a travel assignment
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with a patient-centered approach
