Join Allianz Partners as a Senior HR Generalist and play a key role in shaping our people agenda, employee experience and organizational effectiveness across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

This is a highly visible position that combines team leadership, HR partnership and ownership of key people processes. You'll work closely with business leaders and regional HR colleagues, helping to create an environment where both employees and the business can thrive.

The role offers the opportunity to influence employee experience, support leaders in critical people decisions and drive meaningful HR initiatives across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, translating business priorities into effective people solutions.

Your focus will be on driving performance, engagement and long-term organizational capability. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, contributing to key initiatives that strengthen both the employee experience and business outcomes.

You'll have the opportunity to bring new ideas, improve processes and help shape the future of HR within Allianz Partners.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of HR Generalists.
• Partnering with managers to address people challenges and support business objectives.
• Driving employee experience, internal communications, employer branding and engagement initiatives.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment and delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Supporting HR processes across the full employee lifecycle.
• Ensuring high-quality HR data, reporting and system management while maintaining compliance.
• Managing employee relations matters and providing expert employment law guidance.
• Leading HR projects focused on organizational effectiveness, process improvement and people development.
• Collaborating closely with the HR Country Lead and regional HR colleagues across Allianz Partners.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a broad HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
• Previous experience leading, coaching or mentoring team members.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Ability to build credibility with leaders and influence decision-making.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong change management capability.
• Experience managing recruitment, HR projects and organizational initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working within a dynamic, international environment.
