Lookout Tavern is excited to announce an opening for a Restaurant Shift Manager / Keyholder to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing restaurant operations during your shifts, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. As a keyholder, you'll be entrusted with opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash flow, and ensuring security protocols are followed. NIGHTLIFE EXPERIENCE - Is highly sought after and the perfect candidate would have both restaurant and bar/nightlife experience. There will be opportunity to run our nightlife operations if qualifications match. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations effectively, ensuring optimal guest experiences throughout every shift. Open and close the restaurant, preparing the venue for operational success and securing all assets at the end of the day. Train, develop, and motivate the front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service. Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and grace. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized environment. Assist with inventory control and monitoring stock levels while minimizing waste. Collaborate with management on staff scheduling and operational improvements. Qualifications: At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting, preferably as a keyholder. Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Proficient in cash handling, inventory control, and restaurant management software.
