VETERINARY PRACTICE MANAGER

Full‑time position. Pay range: US$60,631 - $87,578 per year. Job Purpose and Function In partnership with the chief of staff, the Practice Manager plays a vital role in the hospital, managing day‑to‑day operations so the medical team can devote their time to delivering the highest quality veterinary care. Your practice‑management skills will drive business results, and your people‑leadership skills will develop associates and foster an engaging team environment. You will ensure clients and patients have a positive experience, collaborate with stakeholders, optimize business growth, and benefit from educational opportunities that support your career path. Required Education / Licenses Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Required Experience Three years of related experience in health care, veterinary profession, or the service industry, including direct supervisory experience such as hiring and associate development.
