About Us

At Inward Healing Therapy, we specialize in working with adults who have experienced PTSD, including childhood trauma, and who may be navigating depression, anxiety, and self-doubt. We believe in healing from the inside out and in helping our clients reconnect with their bodies, their purpose, and improve overall mental health.

What We Offer

$50/hour

Pay for admin work (note-taking, attending team meetings, supervision, and completing consultations for new clients)

Weekly clinical supervision (meets BBS licensure requirements)

Fully remote work

Ongoing trauma training & professional development

Your Role

Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients via telehealth

Deliver trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based care

Attend weekly supervision with a licensed clinical supervisor

Collaborate with team members and contribute to our growing group practice

Maintain clinical documentation using Simple Practice

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy

Active California BBS registration as an ASW, AMFT, or APCC

Strong understanding of trauma-informed and client-centered care

Experience working with individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, or depression

Familiarity with Simple Practice (EHR) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
