Job Title: Line Cook Location: Crestview Country Club – Wichita, KS Department: Culinary / Food & Beverage Reports To: Executive Chef / Sous Chef Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Job Summary Crestview Country Club is seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality meals for members and guests in a fast-paced, upscale environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and committed to maintaining the club’s high standards of excellence in food preparation and presentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Ensure food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures. Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Support special events, banquets, and private functions as needed. Take direction from chefs and kitchen leadership, and be willing to learn and grow. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1–3 years of line cook experience in a restaurant, hotel, or club setting. Strong understanding of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and food safety. Ability to work in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment. Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. ServSafe Certification (preferred). Benefits Competitive hourly wage. Meals provided during shifts.
