Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of 37 sales representatives
• Take part in a comprehensive leadership training program spanning classroom, field, and hands-on development
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members as the team grows
• Build and manage systems and processes that drive team success and operational efficiency
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance development to support team growth
• Attend weekly leadership and management development meetings
• Maintain strong relationships with existing business clients while identifying opportunities to grow new accounts
• Deliver exceptional service and support to clients on their employee benefits
• Handle administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting accurately and on schedule
