This is a compelling opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on risk strategy while collaborating across business units and technology teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, monitor, and enhance operational risk management policies, procedures, and controls across the organization.Lead the vendor risk oversight program, coordinating assessments and technical reviews to ensure robust third-party risk management.Support firmwide internal testing initiatives and business continuity planning to strengthen operational resilience.Drive data management and governance efforts by operationalizing controls, implementing policies, and delivering targeted training.Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to assess technology-related risks, design effective controls, and remediate vulnerabilities.Administer and contribute to third-party control examinations (e.g., SOC 1) and related audit processes.Design and deliver training programs that promote operational risk management best practices among stakeholders.Stay ahead of emerging technology risks and regulatory changes to continuously enhance the firm’s risk posture.Partner with cross-functional teams on automation projects to improve efficiency and control effectiveness.
