Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full-Time | Fletcher Hills Dental Arts | San Diego / El Cajon

Fletcher Hills Dental Arts is a well-established, multi-provider private dental practice seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team.

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Patient Hours:
• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (hygiene starts at 7:00 AM)
• Friday: Administrative day
Rotating early start shifts: approximately 6:45 AM – 7:30 AM
8-hour clinical days with occasional overtime based on patient volume and needs
Occasional coverage may be required at nearby affiliated offices

Requirements

3–5+ years RDA experience in general dentistry (required)
Dentrix experience required
Current California RDA license
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multi-provider environment

Responsibilities

Assist dentists in 4-handed dentistry procedures
Full-scope RDA duties per California regulations
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
Sterilization and infection control compliance
Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
Support efficient clinical workflow and scheduling flow
Cross-training in front office is a strong plus
