As the TD Water Services Operations and Maintenance Manager, you will lead the daily performance and long-term health of all TD-site water systems. This role is central to keeping TD manufacturing running smoothly and safely. You’ll guide a combined operations and technical team, partner closely with engineering and TD customers, and shape strategies that balance reliability, cost, and future growth. Responsibilities Lead operation and maintenance of UPW, wastewater, reclaim, and supporting water systems for the TD site Ensure high system availability and rapid response to operational issues and emergencies Drive reliability, asset integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives Use data, metrics, and trend analysis to improve performance, cost, and efficiency Develop and lead the team through clear priorities, coaching, and performance management Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience 4+ years of facilities experience in semiconductor or related industry 4+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience Working knowledge of water treatment, UPW, or wastewater systems Preferred Qualifications Advanced knowledge of semiconductor water, UPW, and wastewater treatment systems Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety laws affecting water systems Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and reliability Proven ability to lead change, build culture, and develop talent Job Profile(s) Semiconductor Facilities Eng Manager 1 Relocation Level TBD Benefits Micron offers a choice of medical, dental and vision plans in all locations enabling team members to select the plans that best meet their family healthcare needs and budget.
