Job Title: HVAC Service Technician (Up to $5,000 Sign On Bonus)
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Compensation: $100,000 to $200,000 plus per year
Job Type: Full Time

What You Will Do:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems efficiently and to code.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, keeping them informed on timelines, processes, and required repairs.
• Maintain a clean, well stocked, and organized service van.
• Participate in ongoing team meetings and technical training to continuously sharpen your skills.

Requirements:

• Proven experience performing thorough HVAC inspections, repairs, and replacements.
• Deep knowledge of state and federal HVAC codes, including necessary electrical work.
• Valid Utah Driver License with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance, strong critical thinking, and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 75 pounds and repetitively lift 40 to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in extreme weather, confined spaces, attics, and on ladders.
