Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Completion of or eligibility for ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience or enthusiasm for working with pediatric populations in school settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work with diverse caseloads and adapt to varying student needs
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among K–12 students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in small groups or one-on-one, utilizing evidence-based interventions
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, share progress reports, and contribute expertise to the educational team
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
