Position Summary The Service Specialist, known internally as a Palace Girl, is a premier front-of-house role at Palace Poker—a luxury private poker club known for its elegance, exclusivity, and exceptional service. This role is ideal for individuals who exude poise, warmth, and confidence while delivering five-star guest interactions. Palace Girls serve as high-visibility brand ambassadors who combine the best of refined hospitality and curated presence. This is not a traditional service position—it is a luxury performance role that blends service, charm, and aesthetic presentation in a dynamic, upscale environment. Purpose of the Role To deliver tailored, intuitive, and engaging service in a luxury setting. Palace Girls elevate the overall guest experience by offering attentive, polished, and personalized hospitality that enhances every touchpoint on the poker floor—bringing grace, warmth, and consistency to every interaction. Luxury Service Standards Polished communication: Articulate, professional, and clear guest dialogue. Elegant presentation: Exceptional grooming, posture, and physical presence. Brand-aligned persona: Feminine, graceful, and consistent with club identity. Expressive service: Active listening, bright energy, and poised engagement. Discreet professionalism: Emotionally intelligent service with tact and refinement. Key Responsibilities Serve as an elegant and welcoming presence throughout the club. Proactively anticipate guest needs and deliver seamless, intuitive service. Maintain luxury-level presence, including confident body language, expressive eye contact, and upright posture. Deliver food and beverage service with accuracy, poise, and speed. Suggestively sell and promote menu offerings with complete product knowledge. Engage in polished, brand-appropriate conversation—no slang or informal language. Appear fully styled in costume, hair, and makeup per company grooming standards. Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and create memorable service moments. Work collaboratively with fellow team members and leadership to uphold a consistent service experience. Comply with all food, beverage, and alcohol service standards and safety guidelines. Represent the Palace Poker brand at all times through consistent tone, appearance, and behavior. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Must have open availability for work schedule No prior hospitality experience required—luxury service training is provided Strong interpersonal skills and verbal fluency Comfort with glamorous grooming, including hair and makeup styling Ability to sell and promote food and beverage offerings with elegance and ease POS system familiarity and basic math competency English fluency required; additional languages are a plus Note: This position is tailored for individuals who align with the Palace Girl brand identity, which reflects a feminine, highly polished presentation integral to the club’s curated guest experience. Certifications & Training Completion of Palace Poker Orientation Completion of the Palace Poker Service Specialist Training Program Current TABC Certification and all legally required food and beverage service credentials Physical & Environmental Requirements Extended standing and walking throughout shift Occasional lifting (up to 15 lbs.)
