Physical Therapist Outpatient - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) from a program accredited by the APTA.
• Active Arizona Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or comfort treating outpatient orthopedic and general outpatient populations preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 12–16 patients per day with up to 3 patients per hour and 40-minute treatment sessions.
• Comfort working in an environment that includes aquatic therapy, occasional pediatric cases (not required), athletic and first responder patients.
• Willingness to work clinic hours and participate in flexible scheduling options, including rotating schedules to allow extended blocks of days off while maintaining a 40-hour workweek.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills and community engagement interest.
