A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Act as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day customer communication. Enter and manage customer quotes/orders accurately in the system, ensuring timely processing and delivery. Prepare and submit customer quotes based on pricing guidelines and product availability. Monitor and communicate order status updates to customers proactively. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and correspondence. Assist Sales Representatives and Account Managers with account‑related tasks and follow‑ups. Support resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Education & Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management (preferred but not required). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
