Machine Operator/Assembly Techs

Grow Here! A Fort Recovery manufacturer needs 3rd shift, experienced Machine Operator/Assembly Techs @ $17 per hour which goes to $20 per hour in 90 Days. As a Machine Operator/Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machines and equipment. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and have experience working in a factory or warehouse environment.

Duties:

• Set up, operate and maintain a production machine and equipment, including power tools/hand tools.
• Set up & troubleshooting robotic arm operations.
• Assemble and fabricate parts and products as required.
• Follow established assembly procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Load and unload materials and products from the warehouse area.
• Utilize a forklift to move materials and products around the facility.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Participate in quality control measures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols.
• Inspect and use of PPP.

Skills:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience operating machinery and equipment.
• Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment.
• Able to assemble and fabricate parts and products.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and the use of forklifts
• Possession of hand tools and a willingness to learn and use other tools and equipment as needed.
• Able to read blueprints and work orders.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Your Own Transportation.
• A Clean Background with NO Felony Conviction.
• Employment Background Screening.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to Pass a 10 Panel, Employment Drug Screen, ie. Saliva or Urinalysis.
• A Solid Work History, NO Gaps is REQUIRED.
• Forklift Certification is Preferred.
• Must possess basic tech skills, including an ability to work with computers.
• Must be able read, write, understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Minimum 2 years Machine Operator and/or Assembly Experience
• You must also be Mechanically Inclined.
