Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Schedule: ~8:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Flexible 6-hour full-time option available)
Setting: Specialized, Non-Public Charter School
Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite Only

Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a specialized autism-focused school serving a small, highly supported student population.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services
- Support students using AAC tools such as Proloquo2Go and LAMP
- Lead social communication/pragmatic language groups
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including opportunities for co-treatment with OT
- Assist in identifying and addressing compensatory (comp-ed) service needs
Requirements
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (Ohio or eligible)
- Ability to work onsite in a specialized setting
- Experience or interest working with students with Autism
