Job Summary and Purpose: The Senior Program Manager – Global R&D Tax Credits & Business Analytics is responsible for the end-to-end leadership, execution, and expansion of Precision for Medicine's global R&D tax credit and innovation incentive programs. This role serves as the business owner of the program, partnering with Finance, Tax, Operations, Clinical Development, Data Sciences , and country leadership teams to maximize available incentives while ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and operational efficiency. The position will also lead strategic initiatives focused on analytics, reporting, process improvement, and business transformation across the organization. The successful candi...
