Bilingual Patient Advocate (Mon-Fri!!)
Bilingual Patient Advocate Job Description:
- Patient & provider communication and education
- Support ER visits and care transitions
- Assist with benefits enrollment
- Handle inbound/outbound calls
- Maintain accurate documentation
Bilingual Patient Advocate Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish & English (fluent)
- 2+ years healthcare/managed care experience
- Able to work onsite full-time
- Reliable for Glendale commute
Bilingual Patient Advocate Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant certification or nursing background
- Care coordination or call center experience
- Benefits/enrollment exposure
Bilingual Patient Advocate Schedule:
- Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm!!
This is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
