Program Management Analyst
The Opportunity:
On our team, you'll providing training, workforce develop ment, and HR program support services. Support includes day-to-day coordination, communication, reporting, stakeholder e nga gement, event support, briefing develop ment and execution of training and HR programs as directed by Government civilians. In this role you will support coordination and execution of leadership develop ment programs, mandatory training, general workforce training and other workforce develop ment initiatives. This role will also support, coordinate and facilitate stakeholder communication forums under the direction of Government civilians. The real impact of program management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. In this role you will also support the develop ment of communication products, briefing materials for training and workforce develop ment programs. You Have:
- Experience in executing multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time
- Experience in develop ing polished PowerPoint presentations and briefing materials
- Ability to communicate employees, supervisors, stakeholders, senior leaders, and Government civilians
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings, working groups, communities of practice, and recurring forums under the direction of the Government civilians
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience with leadership develop ment support.
- Experience with learning management systems or training tracking systems
- Experience with learning develop ment tools such as Articulate Rise or similar curriculum tools
- Experience with event Planning or workshop coordination
- Experience with HR, workforce develop ment, organizational develop ment, or employee develop ment programs
- Knowledge of training and develop ment program support

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
