This is a consultative sales role where trust, professionalism, and customer education are the keys to success. Responsibilities Conduct 7-12 scheduled in-home appointments each week. Perform detailed inspections of sunken concrete, foundation issues, and structural concerns. Diagnose the root cause of settlement and recommend appropriate repair solutions. Present proposals, financing options, and project recommendations. Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners. Follow up with customers throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate CRM notes and documentation. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first appointment through project completion. Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Self-motivated and competitive Coachable and eager to learn An excellent communicator A strong problem solver Honest and customer-focused Organized and dependable Comfortable asking for the sale Qualifications Outside or in-home sales experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable using tablets and CRM software Able to navigate crawl spaces and inspect residential properties Ability to think critically and recommend solutions Available to work Monday through Saturday as customer appointments require Performance Expectations Consistently maintain a 35% or greater close rate.
