Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)
Premier Pediatric Therapy Source (PPTS) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing outpatient pediatric therapy team. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time Occupational Therapist positions and welcome applications from experienced pediatric OTs as well as newer clinicians seeking mentorship and professional growth. This is a clinic-based pediatric Occupational Therapy position serving children from infancy through adolescence.
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat children with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, feeding, self-care, and functional challenges. You will collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team of Speech-Language Pathologists and Physical Therapists to help children reach their fullest potential.
Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Clinic-based pediatric setting.
Children ages birth through 18 years.
Full-time caseload averages approximately 2832 clients per week.
One-hour appointment blocks with 53-minute treatment sessions.
Built-in documentation and planning time throughout the workday.
Administrative support for scheduling, authorizations, and billing.
Perform Occupational Therapy evaluations and assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
Provide evidence-based Occupational Therapy interventions.
Educate and coach parents and caregivers.
Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, physicians, educators, and community providers.
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and care coordination.
Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Passion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care.
Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
