Job Description: Intercare Recruitment seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join a great team at skilled nursing facility. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment while providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our residents. Responsibilities:

- Provide therapeutic services to patients with various diagnoses, including cardiac, ortho, general weakness, and neuro conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' physical health and mobility.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Rhode Island.
- Experience in a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Competitive hourly rate of $45.32 - $49.80.
- No weekend rotations.
