Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver personalized patient care plans in collaboration with the dentist. Utilize digital tools for clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication. Manage schedules and supplies to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing training to ensure clinical confidence and skill development. Engage with advanced technology such as voice-activated perio charting, 3D scanning, and AI tools. Collaborate with the hygiene team to ensure high-quality patient experiences and clinical support. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution. Active dental hygiene license in the practice state.
