Job Title: Senior Sales Support Specialist (Remote) Location: Little Rock, AR (Remote position). Eligibility: U.S. employees, TN. We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The future team member will demonstrate the value and benefits of our services by supporting our sales teams, researching sales contracts, creating price quotations, and maintaining process integrity for a variety of administrative tasks. What You Will Do Maintain quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations Maintain sales demonstration tools and applications to support sales teams Work within a few sources of data/systems to produce an outcome with some variability Develop and deliver sales presentations and trainings Maintain up‑to‑date awareness of company activities and industry trends Provide follow‑up on opportunities or inquiries Work with customers in person, by phone, email, or live chat to diagnose problems and research information about a product or service Troubleshoot problems and assist customers to understand why a product is not working or a service is not meeting expectations Identify and summarize moderately complex issues for management review Enter and maintain all necessary data and information to remain compliant with FDA requirements Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a support role 2+ years working in a call center environment Knowledge of Microsoft products Proficient with email, phone, and video communication tools Handle confidential information with complete integrity Experience in administrative tasks, organization of detailed work materials, and prioritizing deadlines Accustomed to identifying and recommending corrective action for moderately complex issues Experience following scripts and processes according to contractual agreements Experience learning new technology and data Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with multiple technology platforms and navigating multiple screens Ability to work Monday through Friday, 10a.m. – 7p.m. Central Standard Time Benefits Base salary range: $36,200 – $40,900, plus performance‑based incentives Medical, dental, and vision insurance Comprehensive employee assistance program (EAP) 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Paid training days DailyPay enrollment option to access pay early Work‑from‑home convenience with company-supplied technology Health and wellness programs, mentorship programs, and networking opportunities Diversity, equity, inclusion, sustainability, and community support initiatives Legal Notice Concentrix is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer including Disabled/Vets.
