Client Intake and Community Relations Director
Visiting Angels
Visiting Angels seeks a Client Intake and Community Relations Director to lead our intake process and strengthen community partnerships. In this role, you will guide families from first inquiry through start of care, conduct in-home assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with caregivers and office staff. You will build and maintain relationships with hospitals, senior resources, and referral partners, represent Visiting Angels at community events, and support growth, client satisfaction, and service quality in a compassionate, client-centered environment.
