Location: Houston, TX 77015 Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Dispatch Operator to start immediately in East Houston. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire! Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and oversee cement railcar (PD Car) movements to ensure timely dispatch
- Communicate effectively with CCR operators and field personnel
- Coordinate silo truck logistics with shipping and field teams
- Conduct equipment inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on machinery such as engines, motors, conveyor systems, and pneumatic tools
- Monitor mechanical devices to detect issues, optimize performance, and ensure smooth operations like grinding mills and rotary packers
- Uphold safety standards by following OSHA guidelines and reporting hazards
- Support production and safety initiatives with miscellaneous tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting and machinery operation knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Punctual, reliable, with willingness to work extended hours including weekends
- Prior experience with industrial equipment or dispatching is a plus but not required (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
