Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning analysis. Prepare closing checklists and coordinate closings with relevant parties. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school. Admission in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice. 2-5 years of relevant real estate transactional experience. Strong legal writing, drafting, and negotiation skills. Experience with title and survey review and other diligence components. Experience coordinating closings and managing transaction documentation.
